My prices are non-negotiable this ensures I never have to compromise on the standard of my work.
Bridal Bookings
Please be honest when booking. If you’re a bride and book a standard package instead of the bridal package, your appointment will be cancelled immediately with no refund. If it becomes clear on arrival that the requested glam is bridal, you’ll be required to pay the full bridal rate before the service begins, failure to comply results in immediate cancellation.
Deposits
All services require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, you are not fully booked in until the deposit is received. When paying, please include your name as reference. Deposits must be paid within 1 hour of booking, or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 96 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used toward a future appointment. No-shows result in cancellation, and deposits in this case are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Lateness
Please arrive on time, a 5-minute grace period is given. After that, a £15 late fee applies. Arriving more than 30 minutes late results in automatic cancellation.
Premium Appointments
Bookings outside working hours (before 10am or after 6pm) are considered premium and incur an additional £25 (Studio Service) or £30 (Home Service). Sunday appointments also carry a premium: +£25 (Studio) or +£30 (Travel Service). This also applies to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year.
(Bridal packages are exempt from these hours-based restrictions.)
Home Service & Travel
Distances beyond 8 minutes will incur an additional travel fee added to your final bill.
Other Conditions
- Photos and videos may be taken for social media — please come picture-ready.
- Additional guests are not accepted unless they are also being serviced.
- Please have your brows carved, threaded, shaved, or waxed beforehand — an additional £5 applies if brow grooming is needed on the day.
- Prices are fixed regardless of whether false lashes are used.
Rescheduling
Appointments can only be rescheduled up to 96 hours before the start time.
Secure Your Date
All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment. Your date isn’t fully secured until your deposit is received. so once you’re ready, don’t wait.
